The only real way to win is if you go first in the center, and the other person goes on a side, not a corner. Other than that, it's a stalemate :P

Me too. The way you win is by opening two opportunities to win, but your opponent can only block one. Like:

Yeha, but that usually requires some stupidity on the other person's part. If both players play logically, there's very few if not no way to force a win.
