After revisitng MSN Gaming Zone, and finding it dead...is the JK1 community now all but dead? I mean, how do you play now? 'tis very, very sad...I miss the RPG mods from JK1, they far surpass JKA and JKO.

these... 'JKA' and 'JKO'? what are these things you speak of? their acronyms don't resemble the title of any game ive ever heard of.

I find it doubtful that he means JA and JO though. Completely different names. There's no Knight in either title.

Actually JO's full title is Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast.

Dark Forces IV: Jedi Knight III: Jedi Outcast II: Jedi Academy is the full name of JA.

If that's the case the acronym should be JK2:JO in long and JK2 or JO in short, not JKO, which evokes the misconception of "Jedi Knight Outcase"

The same with JA

Argh, we went over this in #massassi yesterday. Jedi Academy was never ever in the history of the universe Jedi Knight 3, let alone Dark Forces 4.
The official title is Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.
Raven Software themselves said that they might like to make Jedi Knight 3 in the future, but no plans have been made. They said this when Jedi Academy was released.

I always thought of mots/jo/ja as all 'extensions' of JK, not sequels. Raven seems to agree.
