This is mine. BMW m5. This car is seriously a work of art. Absolutely beautiful on the outside. Look at those lines. This car excites me more than any woman. Under the hood is the same. The 5.0l, 500 hp v10 will accelerate the car from 0 to 60 in 4.5 seconds. Top speed is 155 mph (limited electronically). I don't know how fast it would go if it wasn't limited, but I bet it could hit 200 easy. Anyway, here's the picture:

Now everyone else post. Try to beat me. I don't think you will. The m5 is absolute sex.

well, other than the fact that that's ugly as snot, that is quite impressive. But you didn't follow the format. Tell us what it is, and a little bit about it. It's fast? How fast? Powerful? How powerful? Expensive? How expensive?

:p

Might be cliche, but I've been in love with Vipers since I first saw one not long after they came out. Specifically the old blue/white paint job on the original design.

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/15/Draginline_waiting.jpg

It's rumored they're going to get a huge upgrade in the next couple of years since the Z06 has caught up with them in performance.

Now the Viper is a relatively attractive car. A touch too toy-ish for me though. I'm more into refined, luxury beauty.

The Ford GT made me start caring about cars. It may not be the best but I'd take it above everything.

That's what Wiki is for, I don't feel like typing out ALL the specifications. The coolest ones, however: Two V8 engines side-by-side, 1000+ HP, 253 MPH top speed, AWD, air brake, and 4 turbo chargers. One of the reasons I like it is for the looks. It's actually got curves, unlike a few other super-cars, and the interior looks awesome if you can find a picture of it in black.

I like the one I currently have just fine. I don't quite like modern cars, due to them either being too ugly, too small, or being too poorly made.

Rolls-Royce 40/50 h.p. aka Silver Ghost.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Rolls-Royce_Silver_Ghost_at_Centenary.jpg

This is the first car I fell in love with. It was used as a base for the Rolls-Royce armored car. The lines on the car are just so classic. The massive running boards are boss. I definately want to own either a restored original or a replica at some point in my life.

If I had to choose one car, it would be the Ferrari F40.. I'm a big fan of twin-turbo V8's. The motor is actually pretty small, sizing up at just under 3 liters(Smaller than modern V6). Packing 478bhp and 426ft/lb. 0-60 in 3.5, 0-100 in 7.5. It's a road-legal race car.

Nice choice, Z@NARDI, the F40 is the epitome of the supercar.

Hmm.. Favourite car. Well what does one base their choice on? Looks? Practicality? Or just pure speed and grunt?

Runners up would be the Porsche 911 GT2, Bugatti Veyron, FPV F6 Typhoon, and the Lotus Elise. But the winner for practicality in being a car I'd like to own and drive every day, pure grunt, the best engine note this side of a jet engine, and looks that could kill a small child -

i prefer the vanquish. V12, 6-speed manual, Forumula 1 style paddle shifting, freakin warning light that tells you when your tires are low, and a readout in the trunk to tell you WHICH ONE....

Everything you ever wanted to know about the Aston Martin Vanquish S and more.

You know, I was looking through an archive of Rolls-Royce cars, and I've gone and fallen in love all over again, this time with the English version of the Phantom 1:
http://www.rrab.com/rph1_gb.htm#top

It has a lot of the stylings of a Silver Ghost, but is more practical, being covered and with an updated 6 cylinder engine.

Quote:
Technical Data:
6 cylinder in-line engine in two groups of three, push-rod operated valves located in one-piece detachable cast iron cylinder head (from 1928 aluminium alloy cylinder head); aluminium alloy crankcase; bore x stroke 108 x 139.7 mm (4 1/4 x 5 1/2 in), capacity 7,668 cc, dual ignition with coil and magneto; single dry-plate type clutch, 4 speed gearbox, spiral bevel final drive; semi-elliptic springs front, cantilever springs rear; 4-wheel brakes servo-assisted; wheelbase 3,638.55 mm (143 1/4 in) or 3,822.7 mm (150 1/2 in), tyre size 33 x 5.

I like the top image better, because of the color and because the top extends all the way to the front windshield. Also, the angle of the running boards over the first wheel on the top on is more steep, whcih I think looks better. The USA version of the Phantom 1 is rubbish, too narrow, and the cab is much smaller. But the England version kicks. I love the overall boxy look compared to later cars such as the Wraith. It just looks much more solid. The spoked wheels also add that touch of elegance that you just don't see in modern cars.

Have to disagree with you there. The Vanquish is chunky, the lines are distorted a little. The DB9 is sleek and pure slinky sex.
