I've checked into what you asked and here are the answers to your questions...
Question #1:
The answer is no.
Question #2:
It depends on the amount and size of the the images and graphics that
you put on your website. So the answer here is yes and no depending on
what you put on your website.
Question #3:
The browser that our members report the most problems with is the AOL
browser. If you're not using AOL, then you're okay.
