Wasn't there a massassian myspace group? i have it on my page, but it looks like it don't work anymore.

There is, and yes I also get a 'Invalid Group ID. Try a different ID.' I can almost assure you it's still there but not working because Tom sucks at generally everything he ever does, especially designing MySpace.
