It's been a while since I've posted a thread, and it woudn't hurt to post an update.

On July 1 my fiancee and I moved into our own apartment. 749 square feet, with a 659 rent. One bed, one bath, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer included with the apartment.

Last weekened we adopted a 2 month old Cat named Molly. At this point I don't remember the exact breed, and don't have the papers nearby to find out, but she's black and gray, with block spots all over her tummy.

I'd post pics, but I don't have the pictures on this computer right now, but my fiancee did make a flash slideshow of pictures of the apartment and the kitty, so here's those:

The apartment:

This weekend my fiancee and I both purchase MacBooks too, which is sweet. I'm definitely liking it a lot. Still getting used to it since I use Windows XP all the time with work, and every other computer (minus one which is running Vista Beta 2)

So post your recent purchases, life changes, etc...

Not exactly recent, but 2 weeks ago I built my new gaming rig, and it's still performingly nicely.

I'm glad to hear anytime that someone's life has recently become just inexplicably awesome.
I had a blog. It sucked.

My recent purchase was a... hamburger. And I'm still expecting my Firefly DVD box as well as DX GOTY (which may or may not have the soundtrack) to arrive from North America.

And life changes? Uh, only that I have to prepare for an operation at some point.

Glad to hear it's going well for you :)

Last things I bought (happened to be this morning, in fact) are two shirts from ZeStuff.

Warriors of Light: End of the World Tour
Stop Shifting Blame

I also ordered "Married to the Guv'nor" for my Grandad's birthday present.

As for life changes? I find out soon whether or not I'm going to University =/

Dead Kennedys - Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death
Gogol Bordello - Gypsy Punks (Underdog World Strike)
Flogging Molly - Within a Mile of Home

I don't feel like giving you linkage. Three amazingly brilliant CDs that have given me much enjoyment.

Otherwise, school starts in two days. I think this is going to be a pretty good year, but it's still high school. One more year!

Make sure Molly is in your lap a lot. If you do that, she'll be a very cuddly lap cat!

Lol yeah, she's been quite the lap-cat since we brought her home. She also loves to adventure and chew, so she gets into and behind everything, and chews wires, which sucks when you have 2 desktop computers and (right now) laptop power cables, as well as 2 TVs and multiple video game consoles. We've tried Boundary spray which worked initially, but within a day or two she stopped caring about it, and now we just use a bottle of water, which works most of the time, but not all of the time.
