That was entertaining. I love when he co-hosts MMA fights.

He's got a nice melodic voice.
Sorry for the lousy German

He's got a good low kick too. I especially liked it when he low kicked the hell out of Warpath.

That was funny but why was there so much repeated footage?

It's a shame that such an important figure head such as Bas would be behind such a shoddy video that promotes such ideas as "all you have to do is counter with a right straight..." I mean, he's the original MMA warrior, he of all people should know how dangerous such a mindset is.

My defense technique is "Oh sod it... RUN!"

Edit: Upon seeing the video... that's a little bit unethical. That's not self-defense, that's pure agression. >.>;; The point of self-defense is to defend yourself and buy yourself some vital seconds to get to safety. Not to send someone to the hospital or potentially an undertaker.

Even the most respectable schools I've studied in have encouraged the mindset of "They wanted to hurt you, or worse, return the favor." It's fairly common in non-traditional styles.

no point in being lethal.

really, can anyone see a single bad thing in the tactic of "get away safe, then kill the family 5 years later"

really... after that time has passed, nobody will suspect you of being so sick and twisted.

My favorite part that actually made me chuckle was when he put the "stabbing device" on his knuckles. And he said, I promise, "this hurts"

i didnt watch it all, but its more fun to imagine that he took an angle grinder to his knuckles in order to make them spikey.
