OK. Here is the scoop. I'm creating a freeware gaming company that creates projects (games) for the LOVE of doing it. Pay is not involved... what so ever.

Here is what I need:

+++ Musicians (mp3s, midis)
+++ Programmers
++ Artists (solid paints, colored pencils, water color... etc)
++ Concept Artists
++ 3d modellers

I have around 4 - 5 3d modellers already contributing. I have good 3 concept artists, and possibly 1 artist. I have 1 programmer and 1 musician.

You really need to get a website up if you don't already have one. A nicely done website is more appealing to the vast majority of people than a nearly empty forum. A smooth design and a little content couldn't hurt either. You need to be able to provide details. Most serious editors/designers aren't going to join you if you don't appear serious.

Once you have a website up and running, you'll need to get an IRC channel. IRC is the perfect tool for communication between teams such as the one you wish to build. In my opinion, forums are great for certain things, but you need instant access to team members on many occasions.
