I must admit that i am drinking beer, but i'm still sober. I am NOT drunk. As you can tell by reading my text.

Well, I'm not drunk but I did have a draft cider with my dinner. It takes a whole lot more than that to get me anywhere near drunk. So, no, I'm not.

Well I guess as long as you're not making nonsense posts with bad spelling, it shouldn't be a big deal.

Look, people. It's the same as DUI. If you can post coherently while inebriated, then do so. DONT TELL THE COPS YOU DRANK A 40. Or burned a blunt. It's not wrong if they don't know.

And I rarely post sober if at all.

I've posted while intoxicated plenty of times. It's just that when I do, I have more to say than just "I'm durnk lolz." Also, Gebohq makes a good point, altered states can sometimes have beneficial effects on creativity (insert the quote here about junky musicians and anti-drug people who enjoy their music).

Then again, it can also just produce junk. Like Ginsberg said in Howl (paraphrased) - "[they] rocked and rolled all night over lofty incantations that in the yellow light of morning were stanzas of gibberish." I've had plenty of results like that too, it's a mixed bag.
