I was just talking to him. He's just annoyed with a lot of **** and decided that he just wanted to get away from this place. I guess there is no easier way than a permaban.

Screw SomethingAwful. There's no reason for Massassi to 'fall apart.' Only reason it would is if people decided it was and left. *******s and whiners aren't going to tear it apart, they're a constant. Sheesh.

My personal belief is that if people want to leave, it's best for the forums if they do- no point having someone bitter remain and spoil the discussion for everyone else. But like all online communities, how much fun a forum is depends entirely on what the members put in to it.
