Just a quick question.
If advertisers use a business's fax machine to send in ads, is it possible to fill charges somewhere? Unlike email spam and telemarketer calls, faxed-in ads take up paper and ink (lots of ink at times from what I've seen come in).
They are merely annoying, but I'm curious.
