Sorry, it's not going to happen. Pluto comes closer than neptune, but their orbits never actually cross. Pluto isn't in the same orbital plane as the rest of the planets. So, on a 2d map, it might look like they cross, but they really don't.

However, one of neptune's moons is going to crash into it in a few million years!

Problem solved.

Also, since neptune is a gas giant, the odds of Pluto colliding with it and doing anything besides making smell funny are unlikely. Although I'd like to see that moon hit it and knock the ****er around.
