Let's try something out, maybe it will turn out better than a "photoshop this!" thread. This is like building a character, and the end result would be a conglomeration of unique work. Hopefully it will become big, lenghty picture that many here contributed in making.
To make this work, members add a "piece" to the picture, and the picture is built by unique segment after unique segment. For example, if we were trying to make a mutant snake:
Get it? Each segment will be a work of a member.
But to make this project successful, I guess its time to make up some simple rules.
1) First, each body part needs to "connect" with the parts next to it. So there should continuous basic structure under each member's segment. Take a look:
Not that hard, right?
2) Make your segment detailed and interesting. More detailed and interesting, the better.
3) Be civil and intelligent. Don't screw up the progress of the picture.
4) Keep each segment picture the same height. Lengh should be relatively the same.
5) [insert rule]
So, I assume people have enough brains to know how this works, and we have a small enough community to make this function.
Let's start with something simple, like a snake. Mutant snake. Reserving spots are a good idea if you have something good planned. We'll decide on the "end" of the snake later. Also, you can change the body color as you move along.
The head!
