They have cheap things and so take my money.

Damn them.

Damn them and their excellent DVDs for about £5 (for special editions), for their pre-order CDs for less than usual retail price and especially for their absurdly cheap USB sticks.

Damn them to hell in a bucket of fish guts.

monday night i ordered my mathbook..got up tuesday found out the guy lost it, got refund, had to order it from someone else for a buck more and would have a later shipping date because of the weekend

I bought a cd from this guy on amazon, and he sent the cd itself in a piece of newspaper in a paper envelope (of course it arrived broken). He doesn't reply to my emails anymore (the last thing he said was "mail the cd back and I'll refund you"), and I've had a terrible experience with him, so I filed a claim against him.

I know I only get 5 claims in a lifetime, and that I filed one over a 99 cent cd, but I want to see this guy fry in a hot place :mad: :psyduck:


Other than that, Amazon has been good to me :D

My orders from Amazon have always come neatly, yet one order from Amazon USA took 1 month to arrive in 2003, going way over the standard 1.5-2 week NA->Finland time... besides that, they've been OK. I always check Play.com and dvdboxoffice first, though.

my friend has some of those on video.

you'd do best to go to those cash-in shops where people flog their stuff, you can get some incredible videos for about 50p each.

Amazon and I have had issues in the past over the Blender 2.3 guide. But that's it. Also, those issues eventually got resolved. Had something to do with the book being on pre-order and the bank issuing replacement Visa Check Cards.
