Don't suppose anybody knows if theres any images of the crime scene on the internet that exist is there?

The thing is, I want to look up some stuff on this but most sites I've found have a warning on the front about graphic images, and quite frankly I don't want to see crime scene photos judging by what I know of the crime.
nope.

You mean the one that's based on a true story where the famous person get's killed and there's an investigation, right?

http://blackdahliasolution.org/

that's the best site I've found, with cryptographs and explanations as to who they thought was the killer etc. I would go along to say they are right, and although its unsolved, I think the killer is read plainly in these pages. I just got done reading it through page by page and its just woah.

The guy who planned the murder was pretty smart, its all creepy

Except this has a good name and looks interesting while Hollywoodland has the worst title ever and has stupid Ben Affleck in it.

Josh Hartnet > Ben Affleck
Scarlet Johansson > *

Hollywoodland is another movie, and its based on the story of the Original Superman and wether or not he commited suicide like was reported or wether he was murdered, as they go on to investigate in the movie

As the other people said already that Hollywoodland thing is based on the story of George Reeves death.

This thing however is based on the story of a real murder in 1947 of a woman who was found cut in half at the waist and mutilated.
nope.

Looking forward to this one, the book was great. James Ellroy is a really good writer.
