Well yeah... we Dutch do that all the time... calling eachother cancervictims and every other disease you can think of.

Let me revise my previous statement about English lacking the words, and say that where English seems to have only several synonyms for certain swearwords, we have loads. We also like to make up new combinations of words for originality and sometimes we add in extra stuff for simple shock effect.

I don't want to go into giving examples, because I'm more than sure that'll get me banned... Also, the problem is that a lot of expressions don't sound as funny when you translate them into English, because the harsh sounds that accompany Dutch swearing are missing, and some alliteration.
