..but not in excess; strawberry/raspberry yogurt, milk too (esp cold milk w/ cereal).

Cheese is always good.

Post your favorite dairy products. (Things like pizza, which use dairy products as part of the whole, don't count)

I think steak should count as a dairy product because it comes from the same animal.

I'm lactose intolerant =(.

But I love cheese, smoked cheddar is the greatest delight. Ice cream and frozen yogurt are splendid confectionaries as well.

butter and ice cream. Not together.

Since the part/whole rule immediately contradicts the initial examples of yogurt and cereal, I'm going to profer my own favorite use of dairy products - the quesadilla. These things are great, you can add salsa, vegetables, etc. as you desire, either on top, on the side, or within the quesadilla itself. For added success, combine with the dairy product known as "sour cream."

There are so many good cheeses, I don't know where to start. A personal favorite, however, is aged Irish cheddar. Good with crackers!

Ice cream rocks too, of course. I worked in an ice cream shop during winter a few years ago, and now when it gets cold I sometimes want ice cream.

I hate milk (and yogurt) -- I can't stand the texture. (the same goes for any other thick liquid)

Ice cream, butter, or cheese don't bother me because once milk has been processed to that point it really isn't milk anymore.

Sour cream. That stuff is delicious.

Milk, definately. I've been told I'm pretty inhuman when it comes to how much I drink. I'm not like happydud though -- I won't drink milk with stuff like pizza.

Ice cream and whipped butter are seconds.

I drink milk with anything. ANYTHING. Lots of it, too. Probably a carton to two a day.

I'm drinking a LOT less at college. Can't afford it :gbk:

Never liked butter on bread.

Cheese is pretty neat.

Dairy is sick. Cheese is okay in small quantities, but that's about it for me.

That's the first time I've heard of someone not liking dairy. Not able to eat it, yes, but not liking it? freaky.

I like that Olivio butter substitute. Made from olive oil and other stuff. Really healthy and a much better taste than margarine. Sucks for baking though.

Also, dairy rocks. I drink too much milk, I'm trying to cut back.

I love cheese.

OK, actually I don't, only when it's molten on something. But this thread reminds me to make some müsli...

I try to drink a glass of milk a day. Apart from the occasional yoghurt, that's really about it. Butter, on the other hand...I put so much of that stuff on toast people have heart attacks just from looking at it.

Not a big fan of cheese.

Yoghurt. I actually just ate vanilla yoghurt with cloudberries. A heavenly mix.

CHEESE! [As long as it isn't melted.]

Really I'll go for anything dairy but Emmental, Brie and parmesan cheese.

Oh, and sour cream can die in a hole.
nope.

Yeah. Just like rasps have berries, straws have berries, and even blues apparently have berries (Blue Berry King liked these most, of course).

Don't blame me. I didn't invent the English language. Whoever did left it at the halfway point, as he didn't invent novel names but just combined words for the same effect.

Oh. Sorry. I thought you were just making a poor joke. My mistake.

But you are losing a lot. They are the best berries the nature has to offer. If you ever have a chance, taste them or something made out of them.

Proper mozarella with buffalo milk. You know, the squidgy stuff floating in water (not the blocks you use for pizzas).
Halloumi (which is the national cheese of Cyprus). It's slightly salty and tastes great fried or grilled.

I love warm bread with lots of melted butter on.

Drink-wise, my favourite dairy variety is those Simpsons chocolate fudge brownie Frijj milkshakes. They might only be available in the UK though.
