I've been given a job interview (that I didn't apply for - I was recommended by another engineer there) tomorrow at 3pm. I'm not entirely sure I want to leave Kingspan for various reasons, however I am only human and there's a decent chance I can negotiate a significant pay rise: in fact I think it'd take an extra £5k to shift me (my transport costs will be about 5 times higher per annum at the new place).

If they offer me a token sum more than I'm on now, I'll turn it down and not mention it - somewhere attractive but less than £5k and I'll have to have an honest chat with my superiors and really think about moving / negotiating a higher wage at Kingspan...

I would much appreciate the good old fashioned vibes that have given me luck where I needed it in the past.
