Hurrah! I say for october is the best of all months. The days grow shorter, it gets colder, sometimes frosty. The leaves die and fall leaving that magical red colour that makes the best sound as you crush them underfoot. And ofcourse it ends with halloween! :D

Christmas is out of the way (hate the crowds and shopping) but stil have a few days holiday.
