So I had an interview today to work for Cingular wireless in sales. I need those vibes so that they'll call me back and tell me I'm hired!!!

Working in Sales rocks if you know how to talk to people. Working in sales sucks if your Rob and you never leave the house long enough to see people.

I think I can sell enough TVs in one hour to plug your mammoth nose.


It's not hard to work in sales at all. Most of the people that ask questions are impressionable dumbasses that can't be bothered to do their own research.

Which is why sales sucks. It's boring. It's more monotonous than being a production machinist.

try being a third shift cashier... trying to fight boredom any way you can while dealing with all the stupid/crazy/drunk/high customers that only come out at night

Done that too.

It was only slightly better than being a production machinist.



There are tons of jobs around that don't require alot or any experience other than sales, cashier, or fry cook.

I might hate my job because of the people I work with. And yeah, it's manual labor. But atleast it goes fast.

yeah, I made the vow 3 years ago never to go back to retail. it is the death of the soul, and so badly paid.

I worked sales once.. for a day, then quit.
