Agreed, although I get the feeling he was their for a driving offence in which case he must be the most drunkest driver.

The photographer stated that she obviously didn't care if anyone saw it. She was just sitting there, applying lipgloss for a minute or so.

Haha, the article also says that she bought it in Amsterdam, where she was the day before the pic was taken (which was in Italy).
