Hmmm.... I feel old now.

I was talking with MBeggar on AIM a bit ago, and of course, the topic wandered to Massassi, and I started to talk about the early days, aka 97's, 98's and so forth and MBeggar said that a lots of these events was well before his time, and that made me feel old....

Anyway my thoughts wandered to the early days of Massassi, and it made me wonder just how many of the old ones are still around, I know that I myself don't post that much, heck it took almost what 8ish year to get up to about 2 thousandish post.

Anyway I was wondering if there was any time-line or historical document of Massassi that documented all of the great events in the history of Massassi, such as the Great Forums Crash, Massassi City, Drazen Isle, Baron RPG, and various other events.....

Anyway post away! And its hard to image that by middle/late 2007 to early 2008 I will have been a member of this site for a decade....

I joined massassi in late 1998/early 1999. I had a different name back then, as DBF_SuperSaiyan, but I never posted. I got that account banned sometime around 2001 or something because I was asking for advice in the showcase forum, because back then everyone who posted in the discussion forum were crazy, and I thought the only intelligent people were those who posted their JK editing work. So then I made this Dark__Knight name sometime around 2001 or 2002. I was here for everything that you mentioned. I remember the old huge Massassi City project, with the houses, and the big apartment complex, and the billboards.

Man those were some really great times, when this community actually was all centered around one game. I think that's why it's so different now, because there really is no centralized theme anymore, other than a 10 year old game that little to no one plays anymore.

[Edit] It's crazy to think I was 10 years old when I was introduced to this community. That was back in 5th grade, and now I am almost 19 years old, and am a freshman in college.

I'm relatively new here... Only registered in '03, though I'd been looking over this site since around 2000. Before then, I'll admit that I didn't even know that whole editing communities existed for any games.

Registered in 2001, I kinda wonder how I missed Massassi when I used to visit JK-Outpost and jediknight.net around 1998-99 but that just happened.

I came into Massassi with the JO editing crowd. Most of those guys were idiots but looks like I'm only with the few left (if there are any).

I actually came to massassi in 2001 for mods and levels. In 2002 or 2003 I joined in on the chat.
I had a blog. It sucked.
