I was reading the Wikipedia page for the movie "Contact" and it informs me that William Fitchner's character is supposed to be blind. I've soon this movie like a billion times and never picked up on that. :psyduck:

So now I'm watching it again, and sure enough, he's walking with a white cane, never making proper eye contact, etc...

What amazing things like this have you discovered recently?

Taylor Mead's *** is a 1965 film by Andy Warhol featuring Taylor Mead. Warhol came up with the idea for the film after reading a review in the Village Voice which said about one of his previous films, "... people don't want to see an hour and a half of Taylor Mead's ***".

I now think that "Wacky Deli" from Rocko's Modern Life was a parody of Andy Warhol's movies and life. I obviously have nothing to back that up, it's just a hunch.

It's more appropriate to say he was.

I never realized that Morgan Freeman's character in The Shawahank Redemption is imaginary.

It recently occurred to me that if Starwars happened a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. . . then a huge chunk of the Death Star should be smashing through our solar system in a few years, and that it’ll probably be on a direct collision course for Skywalker Ranch.

I realized the best way to make a thread suck is for me to post in it.
