Which is easiest to remember? I personally like dashes as they break things up, but I do know I tend to forget the dash in urls often enough.

Can you have one redirect to the other? You'd only have to pay like what..$15 to godaddy.com for both of them, and just have one redirect to the other?

The idea is to have one (Or it's looking like both now) to redirect to alwaysfallingshort.com

Agreed. fallingshort.com or alwaysfallingshort.com are good. fallingshort.com would be my choice.

For domains you might want to look at NameCheap. They're somewhat cheaper than GoDaddy, don't have stupid content policing practices and don't bombard you with offers when you try to signup.

That's if you already have hosting...if not, get DreamHost.

AlwaysFallingShort.com is easier to remember for me. "somethingsomething-comic" is a bit too general.

Yeah, I've already got AlwaysFallingShort.com, so people don't have to memorize just one. All of them will redirect to AlwaysFallingShort.com once I buy them

And I'll probably get AFS-Comic.com just to get it eventually, but for now, I'll get afscomic.com

Actually, he has to use a domain name. IP = my main site, not his. And there is no ~folder access.
