Pasting from chat because I'm lazy.
[23:43] <Aglar> car is in the shop getting the brakes replaced, so they gave us a loaner
[23:43] <Aglar> it's a pontiac safari
[23:43] <Aglar> and it's like straight out of the 80s
[23:44] <Aglar> there's like a coating of grime all over the entire thing (interior)
[23:44] <Aglar> not dirt, just grimy crap that accumulates when you don't clean a car for 17 years
[23:44] <Aglar> in my head i call it the penicillin-mobile
[23:44] <Aglar> cause every time i get in it i feel like i've contracted something
[23:45] <Aglar> anyway, i went to the bank and to get something to eat, and when i got home i locked the keys inside
[23:45] <Aglar> this is bad, cause we only have one set
[23:45] <Aglar> so i go around and check the doors, figuring they're all locked (especially because im pretty sure i hit the power locks)
[23:45] <Aglar> i get to the lone sliding door, pull, and it moves
[23:45] <Aglar> doesn't open, just moves
[23:46] <Aglar> so i figure what the hell, maybe it's just stuck, and pull harder
[23:46] <Aglar> the entire freaking door comes off in my hand
[23:46] <Aglar> um, that's pretty much it i guess
[23:46] <Aglar> spent like 10 minutes getting the door back on
[23:47] <Aglar> in the end it actually worked out pretty well, since it allowed me to get the keys out

Why do you need a loaner for having your brakes replaced? My Dad and I did that on my old Mustang in an afternoon with just some garage tools. Funny none the less.
<Lyme> I got Fight Club for 6.98 at walmart.
<Black_Bishop> I am Jack's low price guarantee

Quite a few specialist automotive places give you a courtesy car so you can drop your car off in the morning before work and it doesnt mess up your entire day. The cars I have had were all complimentary, so there's no reason not to take it.
