I wanted the Cardinals to win because the Tigers beat the A's. Other than that, I didn't really care.

Oh, and for those of you *****ing about the World Series interrupting your shows can stop because they'd just be showing reruns leading up to sweeps month anyway. Hell. most other networks were showing reruns from last season.

we've been out of our TV shows for a month dude, where most of the rest of networks were premiering (season and series) their shows and continuing their seasons.

so i dont want to hear it. i feel the same way most of football season too.

unless i'm at the game i dont give a flying ****.

...then how do you explain new episodes of CSI(all three), Criminal Minds, Lost, Jericho, Heroes, NCIS, and other i cant think of, for the last 4 weeks? (those are just the shows i watch, and thats not even mentioning cable network shows)

stfu and die.

It would be stupid of CBS to stop broadcasting new episodes of aforementioned shows during LCS and WS just because Fox is carrying baseball.

Per baseball: I'm kind of indifferent about the WS. Yes it was nice to see a team like the Cards win. But at the same time, they beat the Padres in the NLDS :mad:. Oh well, at least it wasn't the Yankees.

I was in St. Louis for the weekend for some hockey, and I can say that I'm glad that the Cards won... I've only been waiting 25 years. The only thing I couldn't stand was that all the radio stations had some sort of remix/song constantly playing about the cards in the world series. However, I was able to pick up some nice WS champ swag. :)
