I just spent half an hour troubleshooting my printer; completely stumped as to why it wasn't working, only to discover that the cable had fallen out of the back.

On the bright side, I am now able to print what I need to print.

There isn't really much of a point to this thread; I just wanted to vent. So go ahead and laugh at me, I know you want to.

Yup, its the rule of thumb- always check the cable connections first!

Actually, I had the exact same problem on thursday! But I fixed it within 30 seconds =D

The printer at work was broken one day, so after everyone in the company had failed to fix it, I went over and plugged it in. :D
