Fashion question

I just bought a nice black button down polo shirt. I was thinking about wearing it over a green non-collar shirt and then leaving it completely unbuttoned.
Is this unfashionable, or is it really cool?

Post your thoughts on unbuttoned shirts over other shirts.

[edit]Ha. I guess it must not be a polo shirt... It has a collar and it is button down. Sorry, I know nothing of clothes.

It's a polo shirt.

It's unfashionable for people that claim to be religous to post pictures of the twin towers burning with bible scripture in the background.

Basically, you suck no matter what.

Yeah, Axis' site is a major :psyduck:

As for fashion, try dressing like a human being and less like an Old Navy ad. Men do have undershirts (often called wifebeaters), so showing off what you're wearing under a button-down shirt isn't going to impress people.

It's fine. But black and green? Meh.

The only fashion advice I feel qualified to give is to dress in whatever you think looks good in the mirror. It's the only way you'll feel truly comfortable with how you're dressed.

Of course, I can see how this advice is not applicable to people who are, for example, colour blind. Or stupid.

If you feel good in it, screw fashion. Seriously, people are attracted to people who feel good about themselves.

It would work, but black and green are unfashionable. :P
nope.

I'm colourblind but damn trendy.

I've also just reinstated my £300 leather pimping jacket to the forefront of my wardrobe. It just looks the daddy when I wear it over my black (thin and zip-up) hoodie.

In fact the whole shebang looks awesome with really simple sunglasses.

(God you can tell I worked in high street fashion for 6 years on and off)

Fashion is for women.

I don't know what button down means, but it sounds like a polo shirt to me.

They aren't.

Oh yeah, but that sounds nice. I usually like that style, but like Kirby said, it will look better if you're comfortable in it.

A t-shirt has no buttons (usually) and no collars.

Next comes the polo, which is a t-shirt with a collar. Most times, there's a few buttons at the top so you can open the neck wider.

A shirt, or button-down shirt, has a collar and has buttons from the neck all the way to the bottom, allowing it to be completely open in the front, or completely closed.

Aye, but you lot seem to use shirt synonymous with t-shirt so i get confused. :P
nope.
