I'm working too.

But what I hate is when for some reason I find myself drifting into thinking of something else than what I'm doing now.

I think i played too much Neverwinter Nights 2 this weekend because my mind keeps drifting there time and time again.

On the other hand, i'd give anything to only need 4 hours of sleep. Whenever I sleep I wake up painfully dehydrated (literally, my throat is so dry that it hurts), feeling like crap and having blocked ears.

Same here. When left alone, I tend to sleep for 10-12 hours. Wastes quite a bit of time.

I wish I had more time in the day. I have lots of stuff to do and no time to do it.

I prefer working to school. School is most of the time just plain boring.

And for me school starts one hour earlier than work, which adds to the OMGlemmesleep factor.
Sorry for the lousy German

...How much water do you drink in a day?

Personally I'd kill for an extra hour and a half in bed. It seems all I need to be perfectly wide awake.
nope.

Last night, before today's repro test.

Tommorow night, being that it's before neuro.

I know your pain, very well.

I hear you. I just do not sleep enough, and it hasn't resulted in a spectacular academic collapse yet, but I think at this point it's only a matter of time.

I drink maybe 20 mugs of water per day. As soon as I finish one, I fill up the next.

Beer is the solution to all your troubles. In fact, I am enjoying 12 oz of damn good beer while doing a paper. Now if it were not for the ADD-like tendances to alt-tab into this forum, I would still be scribing my paper instead of mumbling on about beer and school and paper and...beer.

Shut the **** up Brandon? Ok!

Back to paper!

20 mugs? And in succession? That's a decent amount. Not enough to get water intoxication, but yeah, that seems awfully... Does it retain or do you urinate it away?

You ever heard of Diabetes Insipidus? Or, indeed, just plain old untreated DM could give you that amount of thirst. Unless you are using hyperbole, that could be pathologic...

My assumption was that I just sleep with my mouth open which causes it to dry out overnight.
