This is all from Circuit City.

I scored (these are all final prices, after rebates):
  • 250 gig external harddrive - $40
  • 250 DVD-R's - free
  • Very nice $80 Webcam - $10
  • (2) 2gig Sandisk flashdrives - $5/each
  • 3.2 megapixel camera - free (came free with purchases over $250. I didn't know about this, added bonus!)

Not too bad. I was hoping for the $800 laptop for $250, but a bunch of people cut in line and got tickets for them... (our CC was handing out tickets for huge doorbuster things (laptops, TVs, etc) so there wouldn't be a mad rush.)

So I made out pretty well. I was pretty pleased.

What did you all score?

The best prize of all. The first year in 7 that I haven't had to be at a Best Buy location at 2AM. Oh it was sweet. I got this awesome doorbuster pillow drool that's to DIE for. :)

Well, we don't have Black Friday here, but I recently purchased a Dell 2007WFP and was able to upgrade my 7800GT to a 7950GT for only $9 (and got a free TV tuner in the process), thanks to Newegg. However, thanks to your wonderful American holidays, my stuff won't arrive until Monday (it's being shipped to the US).

I got a Christmas tree with my dad and sister today, like we do almost ever Friday after Thanksgiving. This year was a little sad though, as we weren't able to cut down our tree like usual due to most of the tree farms we went to not having much, so we got a pre-cut one. Still pretty nice though.

Not too many stores to choose from up here, so I stopped by Staples.

200Gb HD - $20
Samsung 20" 6ms widescreen LCD - $180
Brother all-in-one copy/print/scan - $40
1Gb flash drive - $8

Went to circuit city an hour before they opened for the 250gb external as well, but the line wrapped around the entire building, so I said screw it, went back to my friend's and drank beer and passed out to Butch and Sundance.

Nothing spectacular. I got 5 DVDs (Alien, Reservoir Dogs, Closer, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Cool Hand Luke) for about $20, which was cool.

I scored a Zune off Dell.com for $226. I am tired of the iPod and how everybody had one.

I walked into Office Max today just to look around and I found a 2GB SD card for $30. I picked one up and I already have it plugged into my Wii full of pictures, videos, and music.
Think while it's still legal.

I went to Best Buy with the intentions of getting a new monitor and a few DVDs, but my friends overslept and got there late. There was about 200 people going into Best Buy when we got there; it was the worst I've seen it in years.

I did score the collectors edition of Prey at the EB, though. I've been looking for it cheaper than Best Buy's 60 and I managed to find it for 30. Pretty fun stuff.
