I've been looking up some stuff on this game, and I must admit, I'm pretty excited. Is anyone else looking foward to it, and if so, a) why? and b) when's the release date? I've seen Fall '04, but on a dated article.

Looks okay. Not one of my must-buys, mostly because I believe it's slated to release in the DooM 3, HL2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. timeframe. Yah.

It comes right after Stalker on my "must buy" list. I've loved the Total War series, and this one seems to have improved upon the formula. Plus the promises of massive battles makes it that much better.
