Hey guys :)

None of you will remember me but I used to be around here a while back. I'm glad to see the community's still roaring :) (ra0r?:P)

Just thought I'd say hello and ask what's knew as far as gaming goes. I wasn't ever big on gaming I only really played JK, the quakes and starcraft/warcraft. Buuuuut, christmas is coming, so I have two weeks of holiday to get a life again, which for some reason makes me want to game :P What's cool and fun to play? or..what is it that you guys are all playing now.. a new game a new mod, etc? Sounds like a general question I know but I been outta it so long I have nowhere to start :)

P.S. hehe I missed the christmas Logos on the main page

Wow! Welcome back!

I highly recommend Psychonauts, I recently finished playing it. It's done by Tim Shafer, the guy at LucasArts that worked on Grim Fandango, which is arguably the best adventure game of all time.

Psychonauts has some amazing design work. The levels are really creative and always fun. Then, as typical with a Shafer game, the dialogue and voice acting are extremely superb. The characters are simply wonderful. The premise of the game? You're training to be a psychic soldier at a summer camp...and stuff goes wrong. You end up being the only person left to fix things. It's just...wow, awesome. Get it get it get it. It's on the PC, Xbox and PS2, so you have choices. You can buy it online for like $15.

Oh, and while I'm on the subject, Grim Fandango is also really awesome, for many of the same reasons. It has probably the best dialogue and voice acting of any game I've played, and that's something I have high standards on. And don't even get me started on the characters and engrossing story...

Also a cheap one. You could buy them both. You should!

Ho... This is actually the first time I feel I've been here for a while already. Normally the people of the past popping up suddenly are those from the early days of JK, and I've no bloody idea who they are. But Wolvie17 even I do recognize!

Aw, God, no, why? Now all the confusion with Wolfie starts again. Though, of course, the 17 makes it a little easier. Perhaps you should change your nick, to make it more fun.

With that said: Welcome back!
