I just made an awesome sandwich. But it's almost gone. Theres nothing quite like two slices of bread, filled with as much extra chunky peanut butter, and massive amounts of blackberry jam as could possibly fit. Thus, I post my PB&J formula. The combined thickness of PB&J should be as thick, or thicker, then the combined bread thickness. This is key to having an awesome sandwich. So, how do you prepare this delectable goodness? (people who use creamy are automated rejected from potential awesomeness)

I haven't eaten a peanut butter and jam sandwich in years. Hell I haven't eaten a simple toast in years either. Most likely since I've left my parent's house. The are indeed tasty and delicious, but not quite as much as a Grilled Jam Sandwich or Grilled Brown Sugar Sandwich (Same as Grilled Cheese except you replace the cheese with either strawberry jam or brown sugar.). Both are heavenly chunks of food. I haven't eaten those in years either.

Chunky sucks. Creamy is better.

That being said, I've recently converted to Nutella. Nutella on toast = super awesome goodness.

I just have to remember to press the edges down to seal in the flavorful goodness.

Chunky sucks. Creamy is better, but neither are as good as real peanut butter. As in, nothing but ground peanuts. Fresh, real. Yeah...

Ah, yes, the old debate: Chunky or Creamy. Myself, depends on the mood.

Nutella is great, but PB and J is just better sometimes.

PB&J is superior, due to the fruity substance offsetting the thirstfactor of the peanutbutter. Its a delicate balance of awesome. Also, creamy is for people without teeth.

I thought this thread was going to be about eating apples with peanut butter, which is delectable.

Peanut butter + Vinny = win?

I don't think so.

I reiterate: Fresh peanut butter with fresh berry reserves > commercialized crap you guys buy
