free mp3 to swf software

is there any that anyone may know of?
there used to be, or maybe still is, some free swf authoring software. i remember downloading it, never installing it, and now i can't seem to find it.
any suggestions?

you could just steal our mp3 tags

[mp3]http://etc.andrewingram.net/tabs/Quest%20for%20the%20Celestine%20Spatula.mp3[/mp3]

it doesn't convert the mp3 into a swf but it streams it nicely.
