Yes.

Like last year's thread, this is a list to remember the times, good and bad, from 2006. Events and moments can include those that are political, international, scientific, entertainment, Massassian, sports, game-related, musical, cultural, funny, tragic and stuff of that sort. And like last year's and the year before (is this the 3rd year?), the thread is a countdown from 100.

Just refain from posting stupidity/flame-bait. Woo. I'll start.

100.) Pluto is no longer a "planet."

99.) Zinedine Zidane, player on French team, headbutts Marco Materazzi, of Italy, at the 2006 World Cup.

98.) Joe Barbera, creator of well-known classic cartoons, dies.

77. Arsenal reach the final of the Champion's League for the first time and despite (rightly, but disappointingly) having their keeper sent off early in the game, somehow manage to go ahead against Barcelona and hold on to a lead until the last 15 minutes of the game. Maeve got drunk.
