Favorite Star Wars game?

I say X-Wing Alliance. Becuase it just has this amazing quality to it. The cinimatics are amazing the missions mindboggling and the storyline intriging.

So just ignore it i guess.

Pod Racer. I used to play that so much, and then I sold my 64 a few years ago. I just picked it up for $5 at the local game store the other day, it is so much fun :D

The super star wars trilogy SNES games. Those games were awesome. I loved those 2d sprite platform games. I enjoyed them more then any other star wars game due to the simply fun factor and replayability.

Republic Commando and KotOR are my favorites, but I chose Jedi Knight.

Yet I have played JK / MotS the most, TIE Fighter is far more professionally done as a game.

But that list lacks KotOR which I would have certainly voted first.

So practically my favorite games would be JK/MotS, TIE Fighter, KotOR, Republic Commando and Rebellion. And Shadows of the Empire, when taking all the hours I've spent per game in account.

Super RotJ was my favorite of the trilogy, I used to play that all the time on SNES.

HERESY. For shame.

But I will just assume that you truncated the list for some other reason. My favourite of the lot you gave us to decide from would be Jedi Knight, with Roge Squadron and Outcast competing for second place. DF and JK gave me the most vivid feeling of being IN Star Wars, whereas RS and JO fell a little short, but offered great gameplay. (As fake as the swordplay of JO was, I must admit that it and the greater accessibility/inegration of force powers offered for a good experience. I just remember being more enthralled in 1997 than I was in 2001.)

Edit: Okay, so I missed the footnote earlier. Sorry, man. I am a jerk. Probably a huge one.

Well, I think I'll choose Jedi Knight for the poll. However, my real favorite is Knights of the Old Republic.

I voted MotS. Even though the story line of JK was superior, MotS added more technology and the gameplay was essentially the same.

Gah, this is too close to call. TIE Fighter and Dark Forces are probably my top favorites, followed in no particular order by X-Wing, Jedi Knight, Pod Racer (to a degree), and X-Wing Alliance. For the record, though, TIE Fighter with the expansion is the best flight sim ever.

Given that KotOR was not on the list my choice was definitely X-wing Alliance . . . I really wish i had a joystick so i could jump back into that game.

Battlefront 1 & 2 hands down. Simply for the modding capabilities
