I just thought of a new twist for the Word Association game. Rather, this is perhaps a new game entirely as the rules are a bit different. The game works as follows. I will post a word beginning with the letter "A". The next person must post a word beginning with the letter "B" that is logically related to word I posted, and explain that relationship. For example, if I say "Apple" someone might respond with "Banana" then go on to describe the relationship between the two (they're both fruit).
Rules:
1) The item must be *directly* related. (For example, "Apple -> Bridle (because apples are enjoyed by horses, and horses have bridles)" would not be a valid connection, because it takes two steps to get to bridle.)
2) The connection must be a logical, specific connection. (For example, "Apple -> Bear (because they're both carbon-based)" while logical, is not valid as the connection is not specific enough.)
3) I haven't decided on what to do when we get to "Z". Either we'll loop back around to "A" or we'll pick a new word with "A" and go from there. What do you guys think?
4) I reserve the right to add rules to ensure an enjoyable experience if needed.

So, the word is "Athlete"

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.
