Agree. Which is why I'm not an ecstatic customer who recommends them to my friends anymore. I really used to like them, we'd drop a movie in the mail, and they'd get it and ship the next one the next day, and we'd have it the day after that. So if I put it in the mail monday, I'd have the next movie by Wednesday.
Now they wait AGES before they mark the movie "received" and send the new one. And I think, once they start throttling you, you can't get it removed. They generally do it to people who rent a lot, which we didn't do for a while after we started the account, then we did rent a lot for a few months, and even though we've barely watched a movie or two a week since July, we are still throttled
I emailed their customer service a bunch of times and they just respond with a bunch of canned responses about their policy and about how they are "unable" to "disclose" the full details of the policy and how it "affects" my account.
