Does anyone know of a CMS that would be able to do something similar to JKHub, or ModDB? I'm looking to have different sections for several different games, and allow users to sign up, and then submit a project. If ok'd, a page with specific data is posted for that mod's project.

Basically, I'm looking for a moderated user-content CMS that includes categories and file uploads.
