Heroes comes back!

I'm insanely excited.

Now answer my poll and discuss this superawesomecool show.

I dont watch tv but you guys said heroes was so good so I watched the first episode of heroes, said to myself wow this is terribly boring, and turned off the TV. I havent turned on the TV since then.

Yeah, Hiro is really cool. Hope they'll make him the "main" character. And as about the poll... Where's the "no" option? And besides, he'll doubtlessly be defeated by whats-his-name whose power is to take on other people's powers.

yes, very much so. The first few episodes start out a bit slow, but they're important to get the background info. You learn who the characters are, and get an idea for what's going on. Then after the first few episodes it starts getting really good. I'd say the turning point is the scene on the subway with Peter and Hiro.

the guy who plays Hiro is actually a computer programmer for ILMs special effects division. pretty cool.

i think i've mentioned this before.

Previously on 24: the show is pretty cool, but sometimes you get the feeling that it's the same thing over, and over, and over again. Terrorst make plan. Jack Bauer does something out of line, CTU is after him. There's a traitor. Jack Bauer exposes the traitor. Jack Bauer saves the world. CTU forgives him. Repeat. When he shot that guy they had in custody in cold blood and hacked his head off at the begging of Season 2 was pretty badass, though.

The new season isn't similar to the old ones really.

My guess is that he absorbs the radioactive man's power. Remember him?

That, or it's not him that explodes at all, it's the radioactive man that does it.

I agree. Peter is just too pretty for the writers to kill. They'd lose their entire female audience. I think it's more likely that they'll have to worry about the actual radioactive guy.

I had the random thought that maybe with all the heroes in one place, he can't take all the powers he's getting and then...boom! But that would be lame...it was also thought of after a few days of not sleeping.

Otherwise...I'm counting down the days! I'm totally in love with Heroes!! I keep wanting to call Peter "Jerry" though. I don't know why. It confuses people when I talk about the show.

Also, they probably won't kill him because remember...he gets a scar. Future Hiro mentions it.

I agree about Peter taking on Ted's power (that's the radioactive guy's name), and maybe the reason it was so vital to save Claire was that he will use her regenerative powers to somehow stop himself from exploding...
