Massassi Threeve is the work in progress theme that we will be using in the future. The current massassi standard and massassi olive will get deleted after awhile.

This is how it's going to work:

- I'm going to get Massassi Threeve working and not hideous, but not really remove any of the flash and pizazz vB made it with (gradients etc).

- From here, I'm going to cut out pieces until we have a massassi standard again.

- From there, I'll remake massassi olive. Shouldn't be too hard.

From there, who knows??? maybe a pink theme for girls, and it can have rockets, ponies, horshoes, and lots of pink!

The point of this thread is to point out things you don't like about threeve or whatever, just comment on the horrible changes and iterations it goes through. I don't care.

The main point here is that yelling about errors and problems in the old themes is worthless, because they're going to get thrown away anyway.

I don't know what 'Threeve' means, but I think you should make the forums flash bright colours.

How about you leave the old skins, but don't change them? I like standard and olive...forcing things on people who don't want them is never a popular policy. No offense, but you may want everyone to use threeve--a lot of people probably won't want to though.

Yoshi, the point is that since we did upgrade, they need to be rebuilt so they dont stay broken.

OLIVE AND STANDARD WILL NOT GO AWAY
You don't have to use threeve. i'm just explaining what it is. olive and standard will stay like they are until their replacements, which will be visually identical, are ready.

the point is, olive and standard will not be getting anything fixed on them as they are. but they will be there to choose until the replacements are ready.

Maybe he should learn to write. Saying "Massassi standard and olive will be deleted" isn't exactly the greatest thing to write IF THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU MEAN. :rolleyes:

I don't like how the left part of the post is dark green, and the right part is light green. I think it should stay the even posts are shade#1, odd are shade#2.

Also: This new reply box is quite likely the most hideous thing anyone has ever created, ever, since the begining of time.

Just my 2c.

That requires a lot of manual coding (the alternating colors bit), so give it time.

Also, the reply box changed from the old skin, so it hasn't been colored yet. In other words BRAD HASN'T GOTTEN TO IT YET.

the new massassi standard will have that look. massassi threeve will likely have the current look and is almost done

I just turned on Threeve, it's looking pretty good. I just prefer the colors to be a couple shades..I dunno, lighter, like in Olive. I really like the gradiant thing though, it looks good.

What was wrong with what we already had?

At least this explains why the forums suddenly look like crap. Fix standard! I want my Massassi the way it's supposed to be! And this new version of standard is totally broken!

I think you should collaborate with someone that has real design skills, such as MB, instead of hacking together what you think looks cool.

Threeve is basically done and I'm going to bed. Tomorrow I will work on Massassi standard, after work. All of the new features and security that the update has given us should work in Threeve.

Alot of the requests you guys have for the theme are things that need to be done for the standard theme. Threeve is exactly what I wanted it to be.

I haven't decided if threeve will remain selectable in the theme list, or if its just a stepping stone. I dont want to put TOO many theme in there :P

We needed to rebuild the themes.
