I can't believe the colts won that game. They played like 4th graders in the first half.

Biggest comeback in Conference Championship history. Unbelievable. I think the monkey is officially off of Manning's back. The Bears are pretty good, but I still think Grossman is scheduled for a bad game soon, especially against Indy's speed rushers. I'm going with the Colts in the big game.

I'm rooting for the Colts, but I still love saying....

I have no faith and confidence in the NFC. Seriously. If the possibility a 7 - 9 team could get in the playoffs, your conference is in need of some dire help.

Colts.

But what was more important is that New England is not in it.

Please everyone pick the Colts. You've seen how the Bears do when everyone picks against them...

I have absolutely nothing against the Bears, but there is no way I will ever go against the Colts (except maybe if it was a Denver vs. Indy, Peyton vs. Jay Cutler scenario).

Colts. I think Grossman will crumble under the pressure. He played like crap today. Fortunately the Bears running was clicking.

The Colts. To hell with everyone who has ever called Peyton Manning a choker.

I like the Bears too, and won't be too disappointed no matter who wins, but I'd prefer it to be the Colts.

At least it takes Bears to hurt Manning. Grossman can do it all by himself.

You realize that in that picture he had his body twisted by 2 linebackers as his ankle got caught in the injurturf, right? Probably not.

Once again on Injurturf. He scored a TD on that play, btw. It was just bad luck.

Rex has had to fight through a hell of a lot more than Peyton to get to this point. 2 rehabs, a rabid media dogging him constantly. Indy media aint nothin compared to Chicago media. And yet he's only 1 of 2 QB's still playing this season.

But hey, if you want to root for the golden boy QB, coddled from birth, with the whiney little brother who only now wishes he had stayed with San Diego, go ahead. Root for the same old story.

Colts

1. Rex Grossman sucks. Plain and simple. A team can have an average quarterback and win (Trent Dilfer and the Ravens), but not have a QB that had a 32QB rating as his HIGHEST rating in his last 8 games.

2. Bears have good defense. If anybody can take them on, it's Manning and his receivers. You can stick one good cornerback on Marvin Harrison, but boom, you then have Tillman on Wayne (sorry to say, a mismatch).

3. The Colts do not let up big passes because they play Cover 2. Frankly, the only pass Grossman can somewhat complete is the bomb to Bernard Berrien. It's not happening with a Cover 2 defense with an extra safety, and with Dwight Freeney essentially providing a blitz by himself.

4. The Bears have a great defense, crappy offense. Colts have an amazing offense that can definitely take advantage of the Bears D (especially with Mike Brown out at safety, making Dallas Clark all the more dangerous), and the Colts have an average defense that does NOT let up big plays.

The only thing the Bears have going for them is their special teams. Cuz the Colts ST was atrocious.

Stinkin packer fan...

Anyway, can you tell me how Grossman performed the last time he went against a well known cover-2 defensive team?

The Bears have a chance if they can run the ball. Eat up time and keep Manning on the bench. Indy's run defense was bad during the regular season, but it has been pretty good in the playoffs. If the Colts can put some pressure on Grossman, he'll make some bad decisions though.

You, sir, are a genius. I think you have to be the first person to have ever thought of pressuring a QB into bad throws. I almost wonder if it would actually work on more than one QB in the world, and also wonder if anyone else has thought of this.

Bitter? Just now you mean? Why would I be bitter just now? People have ragged on them for as long as I can remember. You aren't even ragging on the team, you're ragging on one guy.

Besides, havent you watched the post game shows in years past after the Colts make their playoff exit and some assclown talking head says "Well this is just what happens when you put pressure on Peyton Manning."

Of course I have. It happens to all quarterback on some level. However, some are far more susceptible than others. Some do it far more often than others. Hell, Manning was lucky they cam back after giving the Pats a free touchdown.
