Charging watches.

I have a solar powered G-Shock watch and was ready to go..but then it suddenly shut down. It said it needs to be charged. It's 10 pm. approx here and I'm not sure if it will be charged by tomorrow.

All I have is a 75 watt lamp. I can concentrate the light so it can be stronger but is that ok?

First time it has shut down on me. G-shock watches are great however.

Or just put it in front of a window, that's what I do.

It's nighttime, and he wants to charge it though.

If it's solar powered, a normal bulb is not going to charge it. It requires sunlight, not artificial light; it's the same reason glow in the dark shirts won't "charge" inside.

Um, no. It will most certainly charge. Solar panels don't care what kind of light they get, but a really bright sun will probably hit it with more photons than a 75 watt bulb.

I'm not sure what kind of glow-in-the-dark stuff you've used, but all my stuff as a kid charged great next to a light bulb. It's possible what you had was UV-sensitive, which would require something like the sun or other light source with a strong UV content. Like, of course, UV bulbs, but the lamps in overhead projectors are supposed to put out a good bit of UV as well.
