I wonder what makes his body thuck like that.

Does he hit is just right, or am I not seeing something? When I slap my classic guitar all it does is thuck all ugly..

Classic guitar? Do you mean a classical guitar? If that's the case, then it's largely going to be the fact that he's playing on a steel string acoustic as opposed to a nylon string classical.

I guess he just thought people would be smart enough to realize what he meant. Ambiguity is a large part of the English language.

Well as someone else said, that's a steel string, not a classical nylon string. He's probably hitting it with a certain part of his hand. That and you have to remember that it's likely that his guitar is of much better quality that yours. :P

And the sound is coming through a pickup.
