This article is very long (12 pages), but probably quite important. It's about eating right.

Bookmarked.

If this is an article about how you should only buy and eat expensive whole foods and organics I'm going to be upset.

Don't eat right, don't exercise, and die from a heart attack during the sex you're having with the cheap hooker you hired because you're a fat loser who never got laid.

Meh.

You get the right nutrients, excersize regularly.. and it really won't matter.

Maybe for you.

Maybe it's because I already do that (When I can afford it).

But my body will eventually be replaced by an immortal robot body, thus rendering years of healthy eating completely useless.

My girlfriend read that article and now she hasn't been eating because she's afraid she isn't eating "real food."

I'm more shocked that she read all 12 pages of it.

Think of it this way, if you're overweight, you have an excuse for being a loser who never gets laid and you can presume that on the inside, you are a good person.

Or you could think of it in the correct fashion, and realize that fat people are fat because they have no self control. And they're all bad people. Every last one.

I'm fat because my motabalism is shot and I have problems with my thyroid.

That I do. 6KM in roughly an hour every day + the odd DDR.
