Youtube is full of nasty zit-popping videos. There was a 10-page thread on SA a while back about them. Pretty gross.

Because it's real life...?
Someone getting hit with a chainsaw is no where as disturbing in a fictional movie than if you witnessed such an event in real life.

After having puss drained in like fashion from a nickel wide wart on my hand I guess it just looks like the same kind of thing. Though yeah, I guess it is still kind of gross. Just not THAT gross. babies being born is probably the grossest thing I can think of.
