I'm just happy his school actually teaches compiler/OS theory and assembly language (apparently). These are important.

Not as important as algorithms though. **** Java. They should be teaching algorithms in Haskell or C or something that is at least a little closer to lambda calculus or a real functional programming language. Writing an algorithm in Java is like building a house out of lincoln logs.

Haha, that was awesome :cool:

As for the algorithms in Java thing (while I would most certainly rather be using anything but Java) the class actually involves very little programming, it's just used in labs to show implementation of the algorithms. This is only the second year algorithms class, I'm not sure what language is used in the later years.

For non-wet cold, and dirtbiking if I ever put mine back together

And some ear muff things I can't find on there anymore.

I might also buy some ski glove liners to keep my hands a little warmer. (cold frozen metal penetrates like all thin gloves.)
