I just passed the first round of interviews for a position as a systems engineer with Enterprise Rent-a-car, and I'm on my way to speak to the hiring manager about a full-time position.

The interviewer said that she "really wanted to bring me to a full-time position" (professionally, of course, you gutter-minded fools!).

I feel like dancing, and I haven't had a drop of alcohol! :D

Professionally promoted is usually the most dirtiest of promotions. You never see someone working at the BK giving a BJ to their SM.

you should have told her "I'd really like to put YOU in a full-time position"

I was told by someone he really wanted to give me the job, but later I failed an easy test and they wouldn't accept any other proof of my ability.

You need to watch out for policy.

What he meant to say was, don't fail easy tests. ;)

I once applied for a job at Arby's. They gave me a simple arithmetic test (making change). Apparently, I only got 2/5 correct. They laughed at me and told me to get out of the store. I still don't believe them to this day. :saddowns:

I once interviewed at an Arby's. The manager guy basically told me, in a midly hostile way, that the people who work at that Arby's are more like a "family" in the way that particular resaurant works. I didnt get the job, and I got the feeling that it was because I wasn't latino enough for them.

The guy also asked me how old I was. Is that legal? It said I was over 18 on the application... isnt anything else considered age discrimination?
