i woudn't really call them dates... unless it's some distant future year.. 2024 it would seem. seems more like an armageddon prophecy then a terrorist threat.. especially with all the talk of "the presence" - hand of god?

yes, i suppose that's true. each of these sites are talking about something different, but they are all obviously related. "The presence" appears on a number of them (as well as in drawings and pictures).. the things they have in common are the strange numbers, the presence, and the degrated state of the text and phots

it can't be october, cause there is ones with 15 and 14 too

Both this and ilovebees are viral marketing campaigns put together by the same company (42 Entertainment). This is promoting the new Nine Inch Nails album, while ilovebees was for Halo 2.
