You put plug your PC in, turn it on, get in a tub filled with water, and drop it in with you.

Ok it was funny once but reposting it over and over isn't making it any funnier.

Any actual help?

No we don't, because nobody ever posted there or checked there, and maybe 3-4 people on Massassi know enough about computers to give computer advice competently.

And, to be totally blunt, after you ignore advice the first three times people tend to stop giving any to you.

What version of Direct X do you have? How did you check or how do you know?

What video card do you have? What version is your video card driver?

In the device manager does the video card description (usually the make and model) match the make and model of the video card you are supposed to have? Does it match what it used to be when you were running Windows 98?

Just in case you don't know already, make sure that when you download drivers, it says "2000/XP" and not "win9x". Makes a world of difference.

Seriously, get a better computer.

I've heard of people finding fully functional (after a reformat) WinXP-capable machines in the trash. My point is, you can get something that can run windows 2000 decently for almost nothing these days.

Dude, you need Windows 2002 to run Flight Simulator 2002. Duh.
